This is a lovely place. Good Ambience. The rooms are specious and well kept and clean. All the staff right from the cleaning staff to the managers are friendly and polite. Felt like family. Special mention about Mr Sharath, felt like an old friend than a staff. Walk with him to water fall was really a special experience like walking with a friend. This is must visit place. Thanks to everyone.

The hotel is not licensed for alcohol and does not allow alcohol to be consumed in any public area including their restaurent or lobby - only in bedrooms which for our group of seven was very frustrating. The restaurent food was medicore and service extremely slow even by Indian standards. There is no air conditioning and rooms were stuffy at night. Real shame as the location was perfect with fantastic views from room balconies, however, marred by loud music being played in the early morning starting at 6:30 am. The staff though courteous and friendly appear to be very new at their jobs.
